It is such a beautiful time for a woman I am honoured to share it with you.
This program is all about honouring the mother and nurturing the mother.
Preparing not just for the physical aspects of birth but for motherhood on a practical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
It is all the wisdom which I have learnt over the years and I wish I had of had in preparation. Without having to wade through 10 different books.
Its my hope that after this course you feel ready, Prepared, grounded, at peace, connected, open for the birth and for motherhood. Which I think is really a big part of the birth. And that your partner does too. So that your baby comes home to a harmonious home, and you feel free to simply enjoy your baby.
There is lots of preparation to do. You can go at your own pace. The first 4 modules in the early phase of pregnancy are about growing and nurturing. The second 4 are about cocooning. Going, prparing the home, going inward and simplifying. The last 4 modules for the latter stages of pregnancy are about opening. Celebrating and Opening. Each phase has 4 modules beginning with practical, opening the mind, connecting to the heart then spiritual.

Welcome welcome to your beautiful journey of motherhood. I am honoured to walk with you on the sacred path. I hope you find your beauty, peace, wisdom, intuition and connection here. So you can fully trust in yourself and be free to simply enjoy your baby and the precious early years.
I have three sections of the course which resemble the metamorphosis that takes place from woman to mother like a caterpillar to a butterfly. There is firstly the Growing section, then the middle Cocooning section and finally the Opening section. Preparing you to be free to spread your beautiful wings upon the birth of mother and baby.
Each section touches the physical and practical aspects first, then explores the mind set, then connecting to the heart, then spiritual preparation. Each week will begin with a meditation, and also include journaling, a video from me on a topic, a useful checklist and actions you might like to do. This is not supposed to be "work" but a peaceful you time and sacred space for you to prepare so please follow what reasonates as you are drawn to.
