It is our mindset that has a big part in our birthing time. A part of the birthing is that it is an unknown. There can be fear of the unknown. This module gives you analogies, descriptions, perspectives, to ease your mind, give you confidence and trust in yourself and tools for finding your calm. It is one big pep talk!
